PRO BONO

Our law office provides pro bono services. Pro bono - services provided on a voluntary basis and free of charge for public benefit purposes.

In accordance with the pro bono principle, SIA KLUMEL provides free legal services responsibly and qualitatively in situations where at least the following criteria have been met:

- the person is unable to cover the costs of legal services during legal aid;

- the case is of special importance to both the person and society as a whole

- SIA KLUMEL has sufficient competence to provide the highest quality services to the client

 

Start-up support

The start-up is not just a new business operating in a traditional way and within the framework of generally accepted rules. The start-up means the embodiment of ideas in the form of inventions and innovations, which are often carried out with venture capital instruments.

SIA KLUMEL will choose an optimal business model for the functioning of the new project, conduct in-depth legal, tax and financial due diligence at the start-up, assess the protection of the rights of authors and inventors, and recommend the best way to support risk capital free of charge.
