Service description: certificate of good standing in Latvia is called a business registration certificate. The certificate includes at least the following information:
o Company name
o Legal form
o Unified registration number
o Single Euro Payment Area creditor identifier
o Registration date
o Legal address
o Notice on liquidation (if applicable)
o Notice on business restrictions (if applicable)
o Record from the Insolvency registry (if applicable)
o Notice on decisive influence (if applicable)
o Equity capital amount (in case of capital company)
o Dates of the submitted annual reports
o Data on company officials
o Shareholders
o Notice on securities (if applicable)
Certificate original is available in: Latvian, English, German and Russian. Foreign language costs EUR 61 additionally.
Certificate is available in: electronic form (confirmed with electronic signature with time stamp) or in hard copy (certified with the official signature and stamp).
Delivery terms: 2 business days for electronic certificate in Latvian, 5 business days for electronic certificate in English, German or Russian or 15 business days for hard copy delivery by post or currier.
